If you purchase a PriCall Service, then these payment terms apply to your purchase and you agree to them.

1. Charges.
1.1. If there is a charge associated with a portion of the PriCall Services, you agree to pay that charge. Taxes are calculated based on your location at the time your PriCall account was registered. PriCall s.r.o. may suspend or cancel the Services if the company does not receive a full payment from you on time.
1.2. Cancellation or Suspension of the PriCall Services for non-payment could result in a loss of access to and use of your PriCall account and its content.
1.3. Connecting to the Internet via networks that masks your location may cause charges to be different from those displayed for your actual location.

2. Billing Account.
2.1. To pay the charges for a Service, you will be asked to provide a payment method. You can access and add or change your billing information and payment method on the PriCall website by signing into your account page at https://my.pricall.eu.
2.2. Using the PriCall Services, you agree to permit PriCall s.r.o. to use any updated account information regarding your selected payment method.
2.3. Changes made to your billing account will not affect charges we submit to your billing account before we could reasonably act on your changes to your billing account.

3. Billing.
3.1. By providing PriCall s.r.o. with a payment method, you
– represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provided and that any payment information you provide is true and accurate;
– authorize PriCall s.r.o. to charge you for
– the Services or available content using your payment method; and
– any paid feature of the Services you choose to sign up for or use while these Terms are in force.

3.2. PriCall s.r.o. may bill you
– in advance;
– at the time of purchase;
– shortly after purchase; or
– on a recurring basis for subscription Services with a help of Google Play Store or AppStore platforms.
Also, we may charge you up to the amount you have approved.

4. Recurring Payments.
4.1. When you purchase the Services on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly, every 3 or 6 months or annually), you agree that you are authorizing recurring payments, and payments will be made to Google Play Store or AppStore platforms by the method and at the recurring intervals you have agreed to, until the subscription for that Service is terminated by you or by PriCall s.r.o. or by the above mentioned platforms. By authorizing recurring payments, you are authorizing Google Play Store or AppStore platforms to store your payment instrument and process.
4.2. Subscription fees are generally charged in advance of the applicable subscription period. If any payment is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, Google Play Store or AppStore platforms or its service providers reserve the right to collect any applicable return item, rejection or insufficient funds fee and process any such payment as an Electronic Payment.

5. Automatic Renewal.
5.1. If automatic renewals are allowed in your state, you may choose for Services to automatically renew at the end of a fixed service period. 
5.2. You must cancel the Services before the renewal date to avoid being billed for the renewal.

6. Refund Policy.
6.1. Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular Service offer, PriCall s.r.o. is under no obligation to offer any refunds or reimbursements for the purchase price of any prepaid Services you purchase from the Company or any fees you pay to the Company.
6.2. If you believe that PriCall s.r.o. has charged you in error, you have to contact us within 90 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges late than 90 days.
6.3. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

7. Trial-Period Offers.
7.1. If you are taking part in any trial-period offer, you must cancel the trial Service(s) by the end of the trial period to avoid incurring new charges. If you do not cancel the trial Service(s) by the end of the trial period, Google Play Store or AppStore platforms may charge you for the Service(s).

8. Price Changes.
8.1. We may change the price of the Services at any time and if you have a recurring purchase, we will notify you by any available reasonable manner, at least 15 days before the price change. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel and stop using the Services before the price change takes effect.

9. Bank Account Payment Method.
9.1. You may use an eligible bank account to transfer money to your PriCall account. Terms you agreed to when adding your bank account as a payment method in your PriCall account (e.g., the “mandate” in the case of SEPA) also apply. You represent and warrant that your registered bank account is held in your name or you are authorized to register and use this bank account as a payment method. You understand that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until you remove your bank account information from your PriCall account.
9.2. Contact PriCall customer support as soon as possible if you believe you have been charged in error.
9.3. Laws applicable in your country may also limit your liability for any fraudulent, erroneous or unauthorized transactions from your bank account.
9.4. By registering or selecting a bank account as your payment method, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms.
