These terms apply as the general terms for the website and public materials. If a specific service, order, corporate project, reseller model or other transaction is governed by a separate agreement, that agreement prevails for the relevant service.

If mandatory law requires otherwise, that mandatory law applies.

You may use PriCall only if you have the legal capacity to do so under applicable law.

If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that organization and to accept obligations on its behalf.

You must use PriCall only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, stability, availability or normal operation of the website, applications, APIs or related systems.

If PriCall provides you with an account, credentials, number, testing environment or another access method, you are responsible for reasonably protecting that access and for activity carried out through your account.

You may not use PriCall services in violation of applicable sanctions regimes, export control laws or other mandatory legal restrictions.

PriCall may limit, reject or suspend access where reasonably necessary to comply with such requirements or to reduce legal and infrastructure risk.

The PriCall website, branding, visual assets, copy, software, interface design and related materials remain the property of PriCall s.r.o. or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide to PriCall, but you grant PriCall the limited rights reasonably required to host, process, transmit, support and improve the relevant service.

PriCall may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website, services or public materials at any time. PriCall may also modify these terms where the website, service model or legal requirements change.

Continued use after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Some PriCall products may include encryption features and other security mechanisms designed to improve privacy and security. That does not mean any digital communication, network or system is absolutely secure.

Unless PriCall has expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the website and public materials are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. PriCall does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or suitability for every purpose.

Any implementation, business or technical decisions made using information from this website remain your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PriCall s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the website or public materials.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by that law and by any specific commercial arrangement in place.

PriCall may suspend or terminate access where use appears unlawful, abusive, technically harmful, inconsistent with sanctions restrictions or materially incompatible with these terms, customer security or service integrity.

Any provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and payment obligations already incurred, will continue to apply.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise and unless a separate written agreement governs the relevant service, these terms are interpreted under the laws of the Czech Republic.
